    I think I did gain a lot of muscle. I was working out alot. I kind of fell off a little bit. I got comfortable, I moved and then I started making excuses. I still eat right however I got re-hooked on sugar. Its really about making a lifestyle change. You can see from my present videos my face is kinda round. I want to do another challenge right after thanksgiven leading up to valentines day. But this time I want it to be FOR LIFE. This was six months ago. If I had stuck with it…

    jazzi: cleanse your system? CLEANSE YOUR SYSTEM? Cut the new age crap! you sound like the typical brainwashed obese failure! As if one juice would cleanse anything but your gullible mind. Program? PROGRAM? Any weight loss PROGRAM turns into a weight gain program! You have to change yourself, cut the rotten american way and avoid any MANMADE food throughout the week, have some trash on weekends. You gotta do HARDCORE workout or you will fail!
